Hi, I'm Tribe Kenny.

Holistic leadership consultant, transformational speaker and private equity partner.

Growing up in a small country town, bullied and outcast, I faced a pervasive sense of being inherently flawed. Unable to focus and struggling with these challenges, I immersed myself in what would eventually be recognized as entrepreneurship. At the age of 8, I started my first business by establishing a paper route, complete with a homemade push bike trailer equipped with a car battery, stereo, and speakers blasting my favourite music.
 

I later founded a computer repair business and volunteered at the local technology centre, and then went on to receive my first equity investment at the age of 12 - $1,000 to expand my business. Leaving home at 15, I have worked with hundreds of businesses since, amassing vast experience in structuring and empowering inclusive, purpose-driven, and value-oriented teams and organizations. My high emotional and intellectual intelligence, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement, has fuelled a relentless pursuit of growth in both my personal and professional life.
 

At 35, I was diagnosed with hyperactive ADHD and high-functioning ASD. This diagnosis has empowered me to share my unique gifts with the world. My mission is to improve the lives of a million people by equipping leaders with proven systems that enhance and amplify the structure and purpose in their workplaces and lives, thereby fostering inclusive, congruent, and collaborative teams that are proud to be part of their organizations.
